Apple Cider Vinegar on Warts

I recently discovered the return of some vaginal warts. I had these same ones removed 3 months ago and now they are back. I read online that Apple Cider Vinegar will get rid of them so I decided to try it. I applied a wet cotton for 5 minutes the first night, and the next morning, 20 minutes in the middle of the day, and then two hours the next night. That next morning (today) I have bleeding that is like early stages of a period but i'm not due for a period for another two weeks, and i'm on Nuvaring so I know it shouldn't come early. I also added some apple cider vinegar to some water throughout the day yesterday and this morning. Is it the vinegar causing the bleeding? The area is very tender right now, but it does seem like the warts are getting smaller. I saw little flecks come off this morning after another two hour application. Should I continue the treatment or should I stop? Advice?
