Are these Genital Warts? PLEASE READ STORY (LINKS/PICS)

I originally posted this in the STD forum, and was later advised that it would not be answered being that it was in the wrong forum. SO I am reposting here, I made the required donations and apologize for the inconvenience.

5 days ago i had a sexual encounter with a sex worker, there was no vaginal sex, nor did i ever touch her down there. She did give me protected oral (less than a minute), and an unprotected handjob w/ lubricant (although it was a pretty rough handjob). She was naked. I did have occassional penis to breast contact during the experience, but non vaginal.

From what i have researched on this site, there is almost a nil chance of getting herpes from a experience like this.

But since yesterday morning I have notice NEW flesh colored cluster of bumps on the shaft of my penis, i have had bumps like this before, and always assumed it was eczema. They are not red, and the area is not sensitive, nor does it hurt. They are not pus filled, but are whitish in color. It is hard to notice them unless i stretch the penis. I experience minial buirning when i pee, and i do feel a tingling sensation, but i do not know if that is caused from my extreme anxiety. I never put so much mental thought into my pubic area. Is it possible that this looks like herpes? the second and fourth pics down, were taken while semi-erect for better view of bumps. please tell me what you think. thank you doc.

These are great pictures--the closeup detail is excellent, and allows me to tell you that these are small cysts in the penile skin that are common, normal, and of no significance.  I have no doubt at all that they were there before, and you didn't notice them.  Please show them to a doctor in person so you'll know for sure, and then forget about them.

Sorry doctor, forgot to add one more important picture. same topic. This mole is different than the other bumps. id doesnt appear to be filled with fluid, not sure if this is a wart/herpes either. it doesnt hurt, itch and wouldnt have noticed it if i hadnt been ivestigating down there. thank you.

Thank you doctor. I actually have an appointment at an std clinic today, but do you suggest that the mole in (case-5) is also a normal cyst? I did not notice it until yesterday morning on my scortum, but when i woke up today it defenitley went down in size to the point where is was almost unoticable. It does not hurt at all, nor does it sting or itch. Is that normal for a mole or cyst to flucuate in size like that? Thanks again.

Just got back from the doctors office. When i showed him my bumps stating they were herpes he kind of laughed at me. He said they absolutley are not herpes. He said its too soon for HPV or MC. He also stated thay were not cysts,(when he touched them) maybe a mild natural skin irritation from the clothing i wear(detergent) (etc...)

He wasnt too sure what was the exact cause of the reaction but he stated they were not herpes at all. He told me to come back at the end of september, and he would give me a type specific blood test for HSV-2/syphillis, just for peace of mind. He did give me a gonorrhea and chlamydia urine test (which he also said i most likely dont have since i would have burning/and discharge by now).
He said i can return to protected sexual activity once the gonorrhea and chlamydia urine test clear in 2 weeks, is that really safe?

Well I am still a little nervous but alot more at ease. Ill keep you posted. Thanks.

I have formed these bumps, weird bumps on the end of my penis.ive looked at so many pictures and have not seen anything close to them. i dont know whether its an ingrown hair, warts or what. i have pictures to show you as well. you can view them here if this would help.
