Are these cold sores?

For the past year, I have been getting non-stop tingling, TINY bumps/lesions that ooze, and redness all over my lips. The bumps/lesions are extremely tiny and ooze a tiny bit but not so much where they dry to a crusty yellow. The tingling and redness will appear on one area of my lip and then stop for a few minutes and then move to another area and this happens multiple times a day. After the tingling and redness, the tiny bumps will form. This has been happening all day for the past year. Are these cold sores? I've gone to the dermatologist and they don't know what it is.

dermatologist took a samplefrom my lips, said they arent cold sores. I just think that they didnt get any liquid from my lips during that time cause i didnt feel the lesions "oozing". Any suggestions on what these are?
