Are these warts?

Are these warts?

Take in mind that I know my sexual partners past, only 2 ppl, so I don't think I could have contracted an STD. Also, I considered folliculitis, but are hairs always present coming out of the sore? Because I did not have hair coming out of them.

I have had a wart on my finger for awhile now, and I've touch myself with it before I even realized it was a wart.  Besides that is it possible to spread the wart virus to my genitals? They are not cauliflower in shape at all, like the one on my finger is.  I have gotten small bumps on the shaft of my penis, once on the scrotum and have this tiny bump on the tip of my penis that looks completely different.  The ones on my shaft and scrotum never hurt, and I actually picked them off, they looked more like flat warts if anything.  They bled for a little, would scab and heal. I read that if you pick a wart off it will most likely grow back and they never have.  I also read that if you pick off a wart it bleeds for a long time, what should happen if you pick any kind of wart off?  Also, if they are warts and I picked them off how long would it take them to heal? The one tiny bump of the tip of my penis feels like a bruise almost, my tip of the penis hurts.  I did not want to pick it off, you cant even notice it unless I am erect of I squeeze the skin and I can see it.  I just do not know what I could have...

Hello,
Yes it can be warts because they are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. So if you have warts on the finger, the HPV can be transmitted to other body parts just by touch. The other possibilities are rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or benign lesions like angiokeratoma of Fordyce.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
