Arm pit rashes

I have had some rashes in my arm pits for almost 2 weeks now. But they have become rapidly increased from last week and my arm pits have developed a bloody red colour. The rashes have spread to the corners of my chest and seem to becoming worse as every day passes. They are extremely itchy and painful. I have been applying Vaseline  body lotion on the rashes for over a week now. I also think that there is some mucas that is being released from my right arm pit. Please help me....
