Armpit Rash

I have a rash under both of my armpits. Unlike most people on here who have had a rash there, my rash does not itch at all. However, it does sting/burn when i stretch my arms out. It's started to scab and flake which i take as a sign of healing. Does anyone have any idea what's causing my problem? If so, how do i treat it?

It can be contact dermatitis. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.You can also apply a mild steroid cream like dermacort. If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
