HOW CAN I GROW HAIR IN A BALD SPOT? IVE BEEN USING HAIR BONDIING GLUE FOR A WHILE WHICH RESULTED IN PULLING MY EDGES OUT AND ALSO PULLED OUT A PATCH OF HAIR AND IT IS NOW BALD. PLEASE HELP.

From the symptoms it looks like traction alopecia. Traction alopecia is caused by gradual hair loss, caused primarily by pulling force being applied to the hair.  Treatment includes topical and oral antibiotics and surgical hair transplantation procedures. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
