BROKEN BLOOD VESSEL ON NOSE

YEARS AGO I PICKED A PIMPLE WITH A PIN ON THE TIP OF MY NOSE. IT IS NOW A RED DOT. I HAVE HAD IT BURNED AND 2 TIMES WITH V BEAM LASER. IT IS STILL ON MY NOSE.

I CANNOT CONCEAL IT WITH MAKEUP. THE DERMATOLOGIST GUARANTEED TO LIGHTEN IT WITH THE V BEAM, BUT I HAVE HAD IT DONE TWICE AND THE DOT IS STILL VISIBLE.

WHAT OTHER ALTERNATIVE CAN I TRY?

For such broken blood vessel on nose, vascular lasers (frequency-doubled Nd-YAG, copper bromide and pulse-dye lasers) have shown good results but these are also not without side effects and hence you should discuss it in detail with your dermatologist.
