BURSTED BLOOD vessel on face ????? HELP

Under my left eye.. about 3cm down i have a red spot- like a bursted blood vessel it sticks out a little bit and my skin on my face is quite pale, i have had it for about 3 years and it just wont go away.. i put concealer on it but you can still see it, people think its a pimple :(
i think its a blood vessel im not sure what else it is?
Is their anyway it would go away? could it get lasered out or something??? im really self-concious about it

me too! I just went to the doctor today and she said it is a cluster of blood vessels... I can't remember the technical name (that's why I'm surfing around looking for more info). She said you can get it cosmetically removed but it may leave a scar... not cancerous .. hope that helps.
