Back acne breakout after prednisone

Just came off prednisone approximately two weeks ago to treat poison ivy, and after taking prednisone for the full ten days (with no taper), I had developed a rash on my back, which became even worse. Now it seems like there are no flare ups but the rash remains. I am 25 yrs old so this shouldnt have anything to do with puberty. Any ideas what this may be? It resembles acne, very dense, and red. I work outdoors as a lineman, so hot humid conditions and I have a tool belt on at all times if this helps narrow it down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
