Hello, Dr.
I have minute, tiny white bumps at the base of the glans and some tiny, tiny bumps on the foreskin as well. I went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed me with balanitis and prescirbed me to bathe twiceTwice-a-day a day, once in the morning and once at night, dry thoroughly and apply "ClioquinolClioquinol Clioquinol topical Clioquinol-hydrocortisone Clioquinol-hydrocortisone topical 3% with Hydrocortisone 1% cream" after I bathe. I did this for 10 days straight and my situation remains the same. I have scheduled another appointment with the dermatologist again. In the meantime, I went to another doctor to get a second opinion and this other doctor told me that I have pearly papules. So my question is: How is Balanitis differentiated from Pearly Papules? And is there anything I else I should be aware of, cautious, or do to remedy and prevent this problem?
Much appreciated for your help and advice.
Thank you.
