Basal Cell Carcinoma?

I am asian and I am 23 yrs old, sometime on late 2011 I had a pimple in my chest and I poped it and became a lumpy scar, the scar wont go away until now and it feels like its growing. I am not sure if it was a pimple back then but it looked like one.

I searched the internet and it kind of looks like basal cell carcinoma =(

please help me identify it =(

It kind of looks like cellulitis to me, which is a sort of a superficial infection.  I think you need to get treatment for it by a doctor, so don't delay the appointment.  Even if it is basal cell, the area will just need to be excised.  It will leave a mild scar that will eventually show less than what you have now.  Just take care of it before it gets biger.  No big deal.  These things come up.

and does cellulitis stay for a year? it is red in the picture because i kinda scratched it, but before it looked like scar tissue....

updated picture, its flatter today(2/11/13) than yesterday(2/10/13), its quite red because i kinda scratched it, but 2 days ago its was like a scar.
