Betamethasone Valerate

Betamethasone Valerate

I applied betamethasone valerate 0.05 % topical cream on my glans (glands). there is redness in the glans (glands) after the application of this cream. I would like to know if redness, burning and ardour sensations will gone or not.
As well there is thinning of the skin and skin atrophy, like a circumcision made with this cream.
Clotrimazol can help me in a condition but I do not want to use it because of skin atrophy. Tacrolimus seems to me dangerous because patients who used it had cancer. I do not know what cream to use, clotrimazol did help me on scaly something in the skin, that when I do touch, I realize is not skin. I will visit a dermatologist next week, however I made this questions only for educational purposes. I would like to know if there exist a cream that can heal atrophied skin, I doubt it, but perhaps pharmaceuticals can work on this.

Nature heals or modifies the atrophy induced by steroids,I just give white paraffin for application.Clotrimazole never induces atrophy.
