Big bumps on face and pubic area

For about a year I've been getting bumps (pimple like) on my face. They grow very big and when, and if they pop, a really large amount of puss comes out of them. I even had to have one removed by a dermotologist. They don't always appear but they stay for a long time. I have the same ones on my pubic area. They are never right on the vigina (vagina) but around it. Sometimes where the leg already starts. I'm very concerned because I have no Idea what that is. They are not regular zits. Is something wrong with my blood or is it type of acne?

The ones in your groin are probably folliculitis, blocked pores with staph germs inside (germs love on all of us, and mostly mind their own business).  Many people get these.  They aren't contagious and they aren't internal.  I'm not sure from your description what the facial lesions are.  They could be acne, but acne pimples don't generally need to be removed.  Why not ask the dermatologist who took care of them what he or she thinks?
