is almost unbearable. Any help is greatly appreciated. A few weeks ago I was having vision issues but that had gone away since then. I went to the eye doctor and he said my optic nerve was fine.
Hello,
It can be a pilar cyst but it makes sense to get a CT head to rule out other causes also. Pilar cysts manifest as smooth, mobile, asymptomatic swellings, often in the scalp. Overlying hair loss may be noted. The definitive treatment is surgical excision of the cyst. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
