Hi,
This isn't a medical question but I would like an answer from a dermatologist if anyone has time. There is a verse in the Bible (Jeremiah 13:23) which asks the question; "...can the Ethiopian change his skin?" Is this definitely a reference to skin color
Well the passage in full is saying if a person is sinful and full of evil, they cannot change without the help of God. THe Bible is saying that without God, the evil person cannot just start doing good, just like the Ethiopian cannot change his/her black skin and the leapord cannot change its spots
