Black Spots

Hi. I was giving myself a self inspection and noticed that I have two black lesions on the bottom of my inner anal lining. They do not seem to be raised and are almost connected to each other. They are not painful at all. I am a 23 year old male so colon cancer seems unlikely and I have been with the same partner for years and had STD tests which were fine so I don't know what it could be. I feel healthy and have no symptoms. Maybe I am just being paranoid. Thanks for your time.

They may be small blood vessels.  I think you should show them to a doctor who can look at them more closely than you can, and who will be able to tell you for sure what they are.  I can't imagine that they are anything serious, though.
