Black bump on penis

About a few months ago I noticed a small black bump on my penis but paid it little attention, however, yesterday i noticed it had not only enlarged but began to become sore.  Maybe somebody could give me an idea of whether I should be worried or not, I'm 17 years old and not sexually active.  Thanks to anyone who helps me out.

If it is truly black and not brown like a freckle... black and sore requires a doctor (dermatologist) to look at immediately. I am no doctor, but anything black and sore on skin is usually cause for concern. Not trying to worry you, but I've always watched for black things on my skin because something black can be going into or can be cancerous. Again, I'm no doctor, but thats possible. I'd go see a doc tomorrow and tell them its urgent. See a dermatologist.
