If it is truly blackBlack cohosh Black draught Black haw and not brown like a freckle... blackBlack cohosh Black draught Black haw and sore requires a doctor (dermatologist) to look at immediately. I am no doctor, but anything black and sore on skin is usually cause for concern. Not trying to worry you, but I've always watched for black things on my skin because something black can be going into or can be cancerous. Again, I'm no doctor, but thats possible. I'd go see a doc tomorrow and tell them its urgent. See a dermatologist.
