Black hollow circle under penis skin

Hello.

I have this very odd circle under my penis' skin.
It's on the shaft, close to the testicles, on the left side.
It sort of looks like an ingrown hair and feels like one too, but it's a perfect circle.
Even if you pinch it, the circle stays perfectly round.
Inside the circle it's normal skin, but sometimes there is some white discharge or pus coming out from a small opening, like a pimple.
I'm very worried. And I recently saw a second one appear on the right side of my penis, but also under.

I don't know what it is and I don't dare go to see a doctor yet.

As this is related to your case, may I ask if you have been sexually active?

In the absence of a significant sexual history, this may be blocked hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands. Other differentials may be folliculitis. However folliculitis appears to be reddish and they may involve the hair follicles.

At this point, this does not seem serious. Just refrain from touching or manipulating the bumps. Have this assessed to allay your worries and concerns.
