What are the possible consequences of not having it checked out? Mine is small and tiny, but it itches insignificantly. Other than that, it's hardly noticable (except for the black spot on the inside of the foreskin)...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the spot has not grown in size since the last 10 years, then it is nothing much of a worry. I cannot confirm anything without examination, but it sounds like lentigo. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
If you notice changes in the mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
