Black zone on penis head

I have a black zone on my penis head that is growing slowly. I have been having it for 3 years since i was 15 and now it has expanded a lot. I have never had sex before so im sure its not a STD. This times 2 little hairs are growing in this part. I really would appreciate some help!

It looks like hyperpigmentation skin and if it is not causing any symptoms then I will advise you to leave it as such. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them as the skin of penis is very delicate and anything should be used with caution and under medical guidance.
