Blister on shoulder with two black dots

Should I be concerned about a small spot that has grown to eraser sized recently? It looks like a small blister with two tiny black dots. Thanks.

When did you first notice it?

Do you have any pain or discomfort?

Does it itch or burn?

Is it like a bump?

Does it have a discharge of blood or pus?

It is difficult to answer what this could be the cause of this without a proper examination. However, what may be done is to resist touching or pinching it so that if an infectious focus is present, it does not spread.

Thank you, Dr. Bhumika. I made an appt. but it will be in a few weeks. Today the raised blister type spot, has 3 dots that are a little larger and appear brown. They  are placed symmetrically,  like a triangle. I will be in Florida sun for the next 5 days and wonder if I should cover up the spot and if this new info. helps you to dismiss it.
