Blood blister on face?

I have been struggling with acne which has just recently started to go away after going to the derm and using benzo peroxide wash and differin. But now that all this has cleared I have this very dark spot on my face that appears to be a blood blister. it is so dark its almost black and just appeared maybe 4 days ago. i have no messed with it but I want to see if there is anything I can do to speed the healing as nothing I can do will cover it and I will be having graduation pictures taken on Friday. Also it would be nice to know what caused it. i had assumed squeezing a pimple but truthfully I have no had anything poppable in over a weelk, my face has really cleared. It's possible I did but I just don't think thats what happened because I havent had anything like that in a while now.

What should I do to either heal it quick or cover it up? It's really obvious and I finally have an acne free face :(

For blood blister, apply cold compresses and take care that it should not rupture. If it ruptures then apply some antiseptic and then Neosporin ointment. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist and get evaluated for pyogenic granuloma.
