You are not crazy.  Please look up "brachialradial pruritus".  These is a a forum started on this site already although I know that you can find info out on the web.

this article on emedicine is quite comprehensive.  It would excellent to bring with you for doctors appointments.  You need to register to view (free to register).  Once you do, just search on Brachioradial Pruritus.
