Breakouts

Over the past year it seems that everytime I go into salt water and then put a shirt on I get hundreds of little breakouts all over my back and chest.  They are about the same size or smaller than a pin head.  They will pop up the follwing day as hundreds pimples filled with puss.  They will usually go away after a day or two.  Any thoughts on what is causing this to happen?

I cannot confirm without examination but it looks like contact dermatitis.Try taking Benadryl or Claritin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Or mild steroid creams.If the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist.
