Brown Patch on skin discoloration

Hi Doc,
      I have the brown patch on my shoulder and one on my lower back its not raised or anything. Im a straight male I had unprotected sex in december got tested in january it came back negative. Could this be a rash associated with HIV? if not what is it? it doesant hurt or itch just brown (or discolored ono fluid filled patches. thanks for your help DOC.

Whatever this is, it certainly doesn't sound as though it has anything to do with HIV.  It could be eczema, a superficial fungus, or some other common and unimportant condition.  To get it diagnosed and treated, however, somebody is going to have to see it in person.
