Brown Splotch On Head of Penis

Hi there. I'm posting this because I'm a little worried about this spot that I have noticed on my penis. It's been there for a while and hasn't seemed to worsen any, but, at the same time, it makes me paranoid. It's round but the edges are a little uneven, and it's not exactly small. It's actually bout the size of a pencil eraser, maybe a little smaller. It is not raised at all. It's completely flat. The color ranges from a faint brown to a darker brown when water is on it to a purplish color when I am erect.

I am 20-years-old as of barely a month and I am still a virgin. I am uncircumcised and I have good hygiene. This spot scares me though. I often worry if it is an early stage penile cancer. It doesn't itch, hurt, burn or anything else. It's really just there. Like I said it hasn't seemed to get any bigger but its really hard to tell to be honest. I am going to the doctor to get it checked up on tomorrow but I'm looking for some other advice. Is this something to worry about?

From what you have mentioned, since the brown splotch has been present without change so it definitely needs to be evaluated. Since these spots are not itchy, painful or discharging so they can be penile lentigo, ectopic sebaceous glands, bowenoid papulosis or some sort of dermatitis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
