Bruise then to a skin burn?

Bruise then to a skin burn?

Um... i'm really worried and i really dont want to go to the doctor considering i really cant afford it. But anyways, i'm 19 and i have what started to be a two strips on my hand about half an 1 inch wide and over 1 inch long and second strip was similar but smaller right next to each other. it started like how you sit on your hand for too long and your skin get imprinted by your jeans or the chair for a short while. Then it got worse and turned into what looked like a bruise and then to what looked like a serious burn to a serious scar from a burn. Then it started having tiny bubbles on it that went away quick and turn into scabs. It doesnt hurt more than a normal scrap would, it did burn a bit. And a little further on my forearm there was three bubbles and the skin was irritated and i squeezed it and then redness and swelling went down and now on the other arm on my forearm its starting like how my hand did its about over 2inch wide and over 2 inch thick. I'm super super worried please someone help me.

Hello,
From your symptoms many possibilities there but contact dermatitis/ allergic reaction and bullous pemphigoid and epidermolysis bullosa need to be ruled out. In Epidermolysis, there are blisters which rupture and erode on arms, hands, knuckles, elbows, knees, and ankles. Some investigations which are needed are histopathology from the edge of a new blister, direct immunofluorescence on normal-appearing perilesional skin, and indirect immunofluorescence with the patient's serum.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get these two possibilities evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
