Brush Burn

The other day i fell with a sweatshirt on and my armpit connected with the arm of an outdoor chair.  This has left a huge abrasion or burn on my armpit.  I have used hydrogen proxide to clean the area and neosporin to try and clean the area.  It seems as if this is not working.  It has been 5 days and all i have is itching.  I have not used deodorant on that arm and i am trying to keep it away from anything that may irritate the area.  Also, i believe that the skin is becoming irritated around the area and leaving little itchy bumps.  
Is there anything else i can do to speed up the healing process?

Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion and Neosporin ointment on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and keep the skin sweat free. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
