Brusing

I have a question ragarding brusing.  I bruse easily.  I have had this check out but nothing came up.  Dose anyone know what can cause brusing.

Bruising is often linked to vitamin deficiency.  Primarily deficiencies of vitamin C, E, K, bioflavonoids, and zinc.  You can either take vitamin supplements or try eating healthier foods, rich in these vitamins (fish, fruit, vegetables, red meat, ect).  Multi-vitamins may be the way to go.

My daughter has brusing that appears in her chest area that doesnt hurt but keeps reappearing. I have had tests done on her and they all came back negative. She is only 8 years old and I don't know what else I can do? Any suggestions on what it might be?

My son is 1 and is brusing easily, I have had several test done and nothing shows up. Is there anything  can do or a test that needs to be done to show what is going on?? Someone please help!!
