Bug bites anal/genital area

about 2 months ago I had pinworms which I got treatment for, which only briefly worked.  I then ate lotsa fresh garlic, avoided sugar (in case candida) and smeared tea tree oil in the anal area everytime I itched.  This seemed to handle the pinworms.  However, I also got what seemed like mosquito bites just in the anal area, about 3 of them, but they have not gone away and they are very itchy.  this morning I also have one more near my vagina. I have been using tea tree oil to reduce the itching, but think that I may have over done it because the skin seems very sensitive now.  I am retired, do not have a partner, so no sexual activity.  There are no children around so did not catch pinworms from them, but I have taken up gardening this year, so prolly got the pinworms from garden.  I am very careful to wash hands now.  I am concerned about the bug bites tho.  perhaps they are not bites.  they are bumps that itch.  Any idea what this is and what I should do?  Thanks for your help

From the symptoms apart from pinworms, external hemorrhoids and fungal skin infection also need to be ruled out. Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus which may itch. Treatment includes sclerotherapy, rubber band ligation, cryosurgery or Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get an external examination and stool examination done.
