"Bug bites" happening for weeks now

I came home from college (no bug bites) about 6 or 7 weeks ago and I noticed that my legs have been getting itchy and that I was getting what I thought were bug bites. Now presently I am still getting these raised (swollen?) bites randomly on my arms, legs, and torso. My dog recently had fleas and we treated her, but I don't think I'm getting bit by fleas and I have searched my room and bed and cannot find any. This is getting out of hand and I am constantly itching these bites. Any idea what could be going on? (The picture is not me, but that is what my bites look like)
