Bump On Penis

I recently discovered a "bump" on my penis. I'm sure that it is not an STD because i was tested and my results are negative. It's been a little over 3 months since i've had sex so it couldn't be anything from her.If i squeeze it, a clear liquid would come out.It doesn't hurt unless im squezin it. So I just want to know what could the bump be and what can i do to make it go away, my girlfriend and i are scared.

From the symptoms it can be an infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
