Bump looks like a zit but is not

I had a zit-like blemish on my right cheekbone past my eye and near my hairline.  It got bigger and I squeezed it, but nothing came of it.  It would periodically "go to sleep" and then become irritated or itchy.  I finally showed it to my doctor and he said he thought it was similar to a more wart-like growth I'd had on my hand since I was 8. I had a fall and scraped both of them badly, so he removed both at the same time.  I was relieved to have them both gone at last.  The doctor biposied both and both were benign.

But the one on my face came back - only it came back as more smaller ones, maybe 2 or 3 of them, right next to the scar from the original, larger one.  I also seem to have a small one on my left nostril, and on my lower lip.  Both are exactly alike - very small, the size of a seed, look like a zit.  Feel like a zit.  But if you try to squeeze them, it's like they are solid.  I don't want them growing - the ones on the side of my face are nearly invisible, but I am concerned that it seems like these are the "children" of that other one.

Should I be worried?  I want to have the one on my lip off, as well as the one on my nose, but the others don't bother me.  The one on my hand never returned.
