Bump on Nose- Broken Capillaries!!!

Hi,

I had a bump and a slight cut on my nose over 2 weeks ago now.  The problem is that the cut has gone but i am left with a red nose were i bumped it- it looks like some broken capillaries???  Is this common- should the reddness die down?

I am concerned as i am getting married in May and im quite self consious of it.

Are there any good creams that will help that anyone can recommend?  I also have had for quite a while redness at the sides of my nose-  maybe a cream for this aswell??

Treatment options include treatment with vitamin C and hydrocortisone, peel with carbon dioxide snow and alexandrite and ND-Yag Q-Switched laser treatment preceded by a hydroquinone-based application.
