Bump on base-underside of penis.

I am a 15 year old gay male who is sexually active.

I have a red bump on the underside of the shaft of my penis, at the base. It is about 1/4 long (oval) and is raised. I squeezed it and white pus came out. Should i be worried? I don't think i have an STD since my boyfriend is clean, and i've only had sex with him.

Since white pus like discharge came out after squeezing the bump, so the possibility of infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst is there. It is important to keep the area clean and wear cotton clothes.  Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove and avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or Neosporin are also useful.
