. It's been there for about three weeks. I tried to squeeze it but nothing came out. Today I scratched it by mistake and blood came out. It bled alot and didn't stop untill I applied pressure
This may be a pimple or acne if it lies along the border, or it could be a cold sore or aphthous ulcer if it occurs in the inside of the lip. Aphthous ulcers are usually found inside the lip, in the walls and roof of the mouth and may sometimes involve the tongue. They may be small and for severe cases, they may be nodular and be painful. Cold sores are caused by a herpes simples type 1.They appear as a white patch over the lip. Like aphthous ulcers they may also be recurrent.
I suggest that you have this assessed by your physician as this may need topical medication.
