Bump on my Penis

The other day i noticed that my penis might have had a 2 little cuts on it....then a few days later the area around it seemed to have swelled up. The only disconfort/minor pain i felt was when i touched it, well it burst today and this white thing came out similar to a zit. I havent had unprotected sex in over a month, so i am pretty certain it is not an std, it also is not a cluster of bumps it was just that one with a weird indentation, where the cuts were. After it pop it left a little whole, but the pain is barely even there at all now...do i have reason to be concerned?

Just another quick comment on it, it appeared almost exactly like a zit when it popped. It wasnt like PUSSS it was just a little white that came out and a little blood, it didnt even bleed alot after just whatever was in that little bump and then it went down alot.

From the symptoms it can be folliculitis or boil. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It didnt swell up again, in fact all the pain is gone. there is still the little cut but it appears alot better then it did when i made the original post. I am still nervous a bit but it looks like it already healing. Do you know about how long it will be completely healed? Is A&D ok to apply to it, that is what i initially had been using.

Instead of A and D cream, you can use an antibiotic cream like Bactroban, Neosporin or Mupirpocin. Please consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
