Doc I have a question I have a bump on the bottom part of my shaft that is flat and round and skin colored and harder than my skin surrounding it. THis was there about two months ago I picked at it(I know i shouldn't have) and it went away and has not come back. Could this be a wart. Can you scrape off a wart and it not come back.
It could have been thickened skin secondary to frequent irritation in the area. Warts may bleed when you pick on them and the flatter warts may not be readily scrapped off. It is best to just observe your condition for the meantime. I know you are worried about this.
Do you have any previous exposure with someone who had warts?
