Bump that just showed up?

Hi all,
I'm a 19 year old male. Relatively healthy.
When I got up this morning I noticed that there was some kind of bump on my back in the left shoulder area. It doesn't itch and is not painful. It's just there and doesn't look like any pimple that I have had. I usually don't get any kind of bumps or acne on my back so it has me worried. Here are two pictures. Sorry about the quality. Hopefully someone can help!

From the picture it looks like a small cyst. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
