Bump underneath penis. please read

Hey so ive had this bump for about a year now.. and i have NO idea what it is, it doesnt hurt but its just ugly and ive been wondering what it is. it wont go away and when i sweat sometimes i feels nasty

but anyway, its a bump underneath my penis near the head and where it connects to the shaft and it looks likes its filled with fluid. theres also a lot of SUPER tiny spots all around it. tiny white spots. i know its not herpes because i got tested. i was thinking maybe it was a cyst? but it doesnt look like theres a membrane, just looks like its filled with water.

could it be a blister? but shouldnt blisters go away on its own? should i pop it? anyway, any help is appreciated!

Herpes blisters do not persist for an year. Since this bump on the penis head has been present for an year and now has started growing, so it can be due to a cyst which has grown in size. Apply warm compresses and some topical antiseptic. If the symptoms are worse then you may need a course of antibiotics and incision and drainage.
