Bumps, elbows and hands.

I am a twenty year old, and I work a bar on a beach in FL.  My problem is that about three months ago, I broke out with these bumps on my elbows, and they would pop, but it quickly got out of control and spread, some of them would mesh together and they become extremely easy to pop, like a blister, this then spread to my hands.  Keep in mind, these are NOT scaly, NOT leathery.  I went to the emergency room because it got so bad, the doctor said it was cellulitis, and prescribed me antibiotics.  I looked up pictures of cellulitis and it looked nothing like what I had.  It seems to be coming back and I truly do not want to have this problem again as I wear a tank top at work and have to make drinks and serve them.  When rubbed dry they become red and seem irritated, when the outbreak was really bad they all seemed to be on the verge of popping at any moment.  Please help me.  Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to frictional lichenoid dermatitis or granuloma annulare. If the lesions are itchy, then although less likely but scabies needs evaluation. Granuloma annulare is a chronic disease consisting of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. Usually it is asymptomatic but due to cosmetic disfigurement topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please discuss this with your dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
