Bumps Around Nail

For the last month or two, I have noticed small, dry bumps that have grown on the area around my finger nail and cuticle. At first I thought that this was just dry skin but they haven't gone away with regular moisturizing. I am not sure if these are warts or possibly an infection that I may have gotten from the acrylic nail salon that I used to go to. Is there anything I can use to remove this?
