Bumps: Forehead and Tip of Nose

About a month ago I started getting these bumps that use to be temporary on my forehead. When picked at, they bled, became smaller, hardened, and then went back to their original size. Also my hair is longer then usual but i wash my face with face washes containing Salicylic acid and i wash my hair everyday.
Another strange noticeable bump has formed on the tip of my nose that resembles a clear, transparent dry, scab-like piece of dead skin.  This just started about 2-3 weeks ago and will not go away. I have never had this problem. Also when pierced, picked, or irritated it bleeds and won't stop for quite a while. None of these bumps have any puss in it, just looks like some dead elevated skin. What can I do to get rid of this?

So its two days after the doctors, he told me they were warts on my face but the tip of the nose is a very strange place for it to form. He froze the one on  my nose and forehead warts, The forehead ones are blistering up turning purple and getting soft. One already fell off and the nose is shrinking at a fast rate. Turns out I will be all healed in 10-14 days but i think less. At least its before spring break which is in like 17 days:)

Thank you for that fast response, I'm scheduled to go see a dermatologist next saturday to see what it is. I agree with you it looks like molluscum, what was your thought on the tip of my nose? Also i'm not sexually active so is there any other explainations?

Hello,

From the pictures,it looks like molluscum or HPV warts. Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a viral infection of the skin or occasionally of the mucous membranes and is often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Individual molluscum lesions may go away on their own and are reported as lasting generally from 6 to 8 weeks to 2 or 3 months. Warts are caused by human papilloma virus and is sexually transmitted or after coming in contact with an infected person.

It will be only after a dermatologist’s examination the picture will become clear.I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated as treatment for both are different.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.
