Bumps from every hair on body

Hi I am a 22 year old male. I have been experiencing what looks like small bumps all over my skin with a hair coming out of each bump. I looked it up as best as I could I found that it maybe KP, but this is alot... and now I just decieded to shave my pubic region and It looks like leather... or something. It has tons of bumps im guessing from all the the hair that was there. I am very worried about this and extremely embarressed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Three possibilities are there.Firstly it can be sebaceous prominence ,secondly it can be deposits of keratin plus and thirdly it can be keratosis pilaris.
I would suggest you to get an examination done by a dermatologist as without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.
