Bumps in back of neck that don't hurt or itch but are clearly not normal!
I have 3 bumps in the back of my head/bottom of my hairline they feel about the size of a dime. Kind of look like acne bumps. They are light pink/red. They do not hurt, do not itch, and have been there for almost 2 months (That I have noticed atleast). Out of nowhere, one got inflamed and hurt for a day or two, but has returned back to its normal size. the rest remain the same. What can this be? Thanks so much in advance!

I am a caucasian male wtih acne prone skin, I get short haircuts with a shave machine there often, but never recall getting anything like this. I am concerned because they just sit there. I have seen a dermatologist but she just seemed to shrug it off. Not helpful. Thanks again!

I thought of that, but I am a white male, and it is extremely rare in white males.

Absolutely, but then you may just have a folliculitis only.

So what should I do? They dont hurt or anything, but refuse to leave, I am currently treating with topical clindamyclin foam, but feel like they're too big/deep even though no hurting or itching for that to work. My derm seemed to shrug it off. =/

Generally topical clindamycin should do, and should one of these break out a culture and sensitivity test to identify potential organism could be attempted.
Best wishes.
