Bumps on Elbow??

Hi, I just noticed these bumps really maybe about a week ago, but I do think that I've had this condition before while growing up, but just never took notice to it. Does anyone have any idea what this is? I thought it might be eczema or psoriasis but in the pictures I've found of those the skin tends to be dry while my skin is still soft. Please help, I'm kinda freaking out right now about it

Sorry, but the picture is rather blurred.
It appears to be warts...but I'm unsure as when the picture is enlarged I can't tell whether or not those are just the folds of skin on your elbow.

Have your doctor look at them for a proper diagnosis.

yes it is psoriasis. i also suffered frm the same diseases . pt cover my hole body in bump also or my private part , but due to homopatheic treatment now it recovered 90 %.
