Bumps on fingers

I don't think I really consider this a rash but here goes. I would have asked the doctor but I have no money.  On the middle and ring fingers on BOTH hands i have bumps near the bottom palm side. Now I wouldn't worry normally for something like this but it's peeling a little and the bumps are in the same exact spots on the different hands. They are tiny and clear, like poison ivy though there is no real itching and I've had poison ivy so often that I would recognize that easily.  I have panic disorder so my mind will not rest till I find out 'something'. I looked on one forum and they were saying autoimmune disorders and frankly that is scary so I hope it is not that.  I would go to a doctor but I am currently going through the disability process and I have not been approved yet so I can not see a doctor. Any help is appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be dyshidrotic eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).

Symptoms can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.

Sorry for the double post and sorry if that is not allowed but I did not know how to edit my post above. I needed to add that the part of my 4 fingers that are like this look dirty like around the bumps though my hands are not dirty.
