Bumps on foreskin. any one help me..?

hey everybody , i m 24 yr old , 2-3 year back i had unprotected sex several time(6-7) with my girlfrnd,,, now i m active again but protected.

few months back i noticed small non-itchy skin color and white bumps on my penis, and from last 1-2 months they are at same condition (creating no problem same size same condition)..

they are very tiny in size , but clearly seen when penis got eract even size of bumps increases on eraction (a liitle bit).
Also forcyde spots are on base of penis for long years ,,but these bumps are grown few months back.
any comment does it sound like any STD?
