Bumps on groin area

Hi all, I am not sure where to actually put this question but I thought this would be a good place. Ok so I am 21 just turned 21 and i had sexual relations with 2 girls my whole life. I have always used a condom. I have been without a g/f for a while now and I have noticed that thise pimple like bumps appear where my pubic hair is. They are kinda hard and tender to the touch. Thye usually have a white/yelloish head on them and if you pop them the puss will come out and then follows with blood. and it will go away in about a week or 2 but leave a red mark for a while. I was just wondering is this normal? and if so is there a way to treat it? If you think I should see a doctor what kind of doctor? Any answers would be very helpfull. Thanx
